Rapid LFD Testing at TGS 

Rapid testing (using a Lateral Flow Device, LFD) helps identify those asymptomatic cases that might otherwise not be detected, causing the virus to spread further. The testing offer at Tonbridge Grammar School is in line with Department for Education guidance.

Home Testing

Staff and students will be provided with home testing kits to enable them to resume subsequent regular testing at home.

Results should be notified to the NHS and also to the School - see below links.

Any students or staff testing positive via this testing should self-isolate as soon as possible.

Personal hygiene is the most important way in which people can tackle COVID-19, especially washing hands more; and the catch it, bin it, kill it strategy for those with coughs and sneezes.
