Gold and silver medals for Arabella

Congratulations to Arabella (Year 8) who travelled to Glasgow to compete in the 38th British Individual Taekwondo Championships.  

Her impressive performance secured her a silver medal for sparring and gold for Poomsae (a set pattern of kicks, punches and blocks), beating 12 other competitors in her experience category.
