Philosopher Dr Stephen Law (Oxford University) visits Sixth Form Philosophy students

Our thanks to Dr Stephen Law who held two Philosophy talks  in the Mitchener Hall for Year 12 and 13 IB Philosophy students.

They covered the topics of free will (exploring the question of “is free will an illusion?” and different perspectives on the free will debate) and religion and morality (where questions such as “can there be good without God?” and “will we be good without God/religion to guide us?” were explored).
