Sixth Form Philosophers enjoy lectures and immersive discussions at Southampton University

Sixth Form Philosophy students travelled to Southampton University to attend lectures by three respected professors, which prompted fascinating and immersive discussions.

Firstly, we were lucky enough to receive a presentation on 'The Error Theory and Epistemology’ where we were encouraged to address the objectivity of morality.

Following this, Dr Naomi Thompson educated us on 'The Kalam Cosmological Argument' and finally we attended a thought-provoking talk regarding the topic of 'Nietzsche ,Morality, and the death of God'.

In addition to these fantastic opportunities we were also able to experience university life and explore the campus.
