Sixth Form offer holders consider how everything is connected from a biologist's perspective

We enjoyed welcoming our Sixth Form offer holders into school, following their GCSE exams, for the first in a series of career and subject enrichment masterclasses designed to inspire them and support their transition to our Sixth Form.

Students explored the interconnectedness of Science  via the new IB Biology Curriculum. They were able to make conclusions that justify cell structure and function as ‘the synopsis of life’.

The understanding that all biological concepts can be linked to the activities of DNA was particularly captivating for the attendees.

Forthcoming sessions include Law, STEM, French, Music, Maths, Economics, Philosophy, Engineering, Geography, Debating and Environmental Systems.
