Students piloting new Cookery Club format

Six students in years 9, 10 and 11 have been helping to trial a new Cookery Club format, by learning how to make some classic meals in the Food Technology Room.

Recipes sampled so far include ragu, risotto and pork kimchi (and include vegetarian options). 

Efforts have been made on the sustainable front; the packaging used has been recycled and vegetable peelings were composted.

Mrs Bueno and I have enjoyed seeing the students learn some new skills and create delicious food.
