Part-time, approximately 25 hours per week over 3 to 5 days, term time only (plus two weeks in holidays)
Salary from: £22,055 fte plus pension scheme
A Finance Administrative Assistant is required to join our friendly, dedicated, experienced Office team.
Applicants must demonstrate a good standard of literacy and numeracy. Good IT skills are an essential requirement; confident use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and finance systems. Previous finance administrative experience is desirable, however, training will be available.
Core duties will focus primarily on processing and reconciling a range of financial transactions including managing the purchase ledger and trips, including placing orders, processing invoices, payments and bank and ledger reconciliations.
