On 16th June the Junior and Inters athletics team went to the K2 Stadium in Crawley to compete in the South-East Regional finals of the athletics cup competition.
The South- East is the strongest region in the country for athletics. More school enter the competition in the first round and many of the top junior athletes come from our area. So, to get to a Regional Final is a success to begin with.
All the athletes competed brilliantly in very windy conditions.

The Inters came 3rd and the Juniors came second with an increased score from the first round.

Rebecca O’Hara 300: 41.2 secs
