On Wednesday 10th December our photography class took a trip to the Natural History Museum in London for the day. We went in particular to see the Wildlife Photographer Exhibition which was incredible, and really inspiring.
We spent about an hour looking around the exhibition and taking notes; picking out our favourites for research later on and it was a really amazing experience. We learnt a lot about technique which we attempted to include in our photos throughout the rest of the day.
Then we spent the rest of the day looking around the museum and taking pictures that we felt fitted with our theme of Colour in Nature, and it was really interesting to have a go at using the techniques we had read about for ourselves at the exhibition. We all got some really good photos which will be very useful for the rest of our projects but we also had a very enjoyable day.
