Betsy won the individual all-round silver medal and also helped her club, Uckfield GC, to take the team gold medal at the South East Regional Gymnastics Championship. 

Her success means that she has qualified for the National finals in November. 

It felt amazing to win the competition with my friends in my gymnastics team. I'm so proud of how far we have come, even with having to train on Zoom throughout the worst of the COVID-19 pandemic. My team are amazing and so supportive of each other.
