How has the IB helped you at university?: The IB prepared me so well for the high workload at Oxford. I found that I could balance the workload much better than some of my A-level peers because of the work-ethic that the IB instils.

How did TGS support your application to further education?: TGS were amazing in giving me interview preparation and Oxbridge application advice. The UCAS team are hugely supportive.

What did TGS 'give' you that has stayed with you throughout your life?: I think TGS have given me the ability to be confident on my own. The IB made me so independent and I think that this has given me confidence in my personal strengths.

What would you tell someone thinking of studying at TGS?: Although the IB can be challenging at times, I look back on my IB experience fondly due to the supportive atmosphere and what it gave me as a person.

Where do you hope to be in 10 years time?: In 10 years time, I hope to have done my undergraduate studies at Oxford, and hopefully a masters also at Oxford. I hope to work in international economics and development, trying to make a difference in countries on their path to economic development.

Where would we find you on a day off?: Singing! Since school I have been singing more and more, especially in term time in Oxford Chapels :)

What 3 words would you use to describe yourself?: Hardworking, friendly and ambitious.

What one thing would make the world a better place?: Equality-especially for women in developing countries.

The most inspirational place you've been?: Probably the UN with TGS for the MUN conference.
