Year 10 students through to regional final of ESU Public Speaking Competition

Congratulations to Year 10 students whose performance in the second heat of the ESU Public Speaking Competition, held at Tonbridge School, has won them a place in the regional final.

Amelie (Year 10) explains more:

After getting through the first heat of the competition, we have been working hard for the next round. On 6 February myself, Oreva-Oghene and Anoushka competed in the second heat of the ESU Public Speaking Competition. It took place at Tonbridge School and was a very enjoyable experience and we were also delighted that we were able to get through the heat and will now progress to the regional finals on March 22 in London.

It was easy to interact with other teams and I can’t wait for the next round.

Oreva-Oghene, Year 10

Huge Congratulations to this team of public speakers. Their performance was outstanding and I am very proud of them for their success. I look forward to working with them for the regional finals!
