A look inside our Sixth Form centre...

If you visited the IBarn over the last few weeks, you’d hear Sixth Form students in lively conversation about their studies, talking about the latest plans for Sport Friday, perhaps planning a charity event as part of their CAS programme and relaxing in the IBistro.

You’d also see them attending Medsoc support sessions and BMAT practice interviews, hearing a former student talk about studying abroad, honing their Oxbridge interview technique and attending individual meetings with Tonbridge Grammar School’s University Admissions Coordinator.

Empowering young people to be ‘real world ready’ is at the heart of everything we do at Tonbridge Grammar School.  This journey starts in Year 7 and continues to Year 13 and beyond as former students join our alumni community and then return to TGS as Annemarie did last week.  She has recently completed a Double Bachelor Degree in Social and Political Sciences at Sciences Po Paris and Freie Universität Berlin and shared her journey with students as well as tips for applying to study abroad.
